Purchasing a ticket grants you entry to your event. You will be asked for your name and contact details upon arrival for your event. No further proof of purchase is necessary, although we encourage you to have your order confirmation and order number available.
Be sure to select the event's location as your In-Store Pickup location.
Please plan to arrive prior to your event's start time. For events with a Registration or Check-In time, entry may not be guaranteed after the event's stated Start Time.
Event Tickets are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
You may still be eligible to receive take-home event materials from an event you were unable to attend. Please contact your event location for specifics.
Do not include event tickets at multiple locations
When checking out, DO NOT purchase event tickets for more than one location in your cart. Your order will be canceled, and you will then be able to purchase your tickets in separate orders.
You may purchase multiple separate tickets at once if they are all for the same event location.
Free Events
Some events are listed as Free events with no cost. No reservation is necessary for these drop-in events.
Free-With-Purchase Events
Many of our repeating weekly events will grant a $10 discount on other items. For event tickets purchased online, this discount will be applied to other eligible items in the same cart as your event ticket.
