We can ship to virtually any address in the lower-48 states of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). All products are shipped via the US Postal Service or FedEx. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the size of the order.
Returns: what can be returned
This return policy governs purchases made from this online store. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Returning items with an in-store register receipt
If you selected in-store pickup of your order, you received an in-store register receipt printed on thermal paper when you picked up your items. You may return your item at any Board Game Barrister retail store with this receipt with our regular in-store return policy. Our Oak & Shield Gaming Pub cannot process returns of any type. If you don't have a register receipt, you can still return your items using your online order number - see the next section.

Store Credit for returns made in-store
Returns made with an in-store register receipt for items purchased from this website will receive store credit. Our retail stores are unable to access the credit card information from your online purchase, and thus cannot issue refunds to the credit card with which you made the purchase.
Returning items using your online order number
Returns of items purchased from this online store with your online order number can only be made at our South Milwaukee location only. Please do not bring returns using your online order number to any other location, we'll all be disappointed.
If you need to return an item using your online order number, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Covid-19 Note: to help prevent the spread of Covid-19, our South Milwaukee location may not be open for walk-in business. Please ship your returns.
Returns made using your online order number will receive a refund to the card with which you made the purchase. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Event Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable
Event ticket sales are final. Event tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for store credit. Event tickets may not be transferred to another individual.
It is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder to arrive at the event by the start time listed on the Board Game Barrister Event Calendar.
Board Game Barrister, Ltd. is not responsible for missed events or late arrivals. Refunds/ transfers will not be issued in the case of a missed event or late arrival.
