In-Store Pickup Instructions

Choose a store for pickup during Checkout under Shipping (enter ZIP code first).
We will contact you via telephone when your item is ready at the store you select for pickup.
If that store has inventory, this will generally be the same day.
If your item is being transferred from another store, we'll call when everything has arrived.

intra-store transfers generally occur Mondays and Fridays

We will ship most items to the contiguous 48-States.

Some publishers prohibit or restrict our ability to ship their items, sorry.

If the item is in-stock at our South Milwaukee location

it will generally ship the next day, Monday - Friday.

If the item is only in-stock at a different location

we will first transfer it to South Milwaukee
it will ship the next day after it arrives, Monday - Friday

It is possible that the item is missing or damaged and has not been updated yet.
